Our Adult Wushu program is designed to help students over 16 years old improve their overall health and to learn the martial concepts and movements We focus on helping you develop your strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination as well as relaxation and meditation to improve your way of living and overall fitness.
We understand modern lifestyle has lead to most people into adopting many bad habits that result in physical weaknesses that cause pain and discomfort in their everyday lives resulting in losing their natural ability. During the state of physical inactivity, muscles become weak, lose flexibility, and lead to structural imbalances. Our martial arts classes work to reverse these effects and help students become calmer, relaxed, less stressed and have a healthier lifestyle.
